What is Adult Day
Services?

To help maintain the frail adult in his/her home and
community.

To provide support and respite for families who are caring
for their dependent older relative.

To combat isolation with contact, support and enrichment.
Your relative will have the opportunity to enjoy a variety of
stimulating activities, including:

Adaptive physical exercise
-
Music programs
-
Arts & crafts projects
-
Discussions on current events, and times of reminiscing
-
Visits from many community volunteers of all ages.
Breakfast and a hot, nutritious lunch are served daily, and
beverages are available throughout the day.
